Experience in developing PR strategies and integrated communications for national and global campaigns. Has led teams in crisis management and in creating solutions for brand and product launches. Graduated in journalism from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and specialized in editorial management at ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) and people management from Fundação Gétulio Vargas in São Paulo (FGV-SP).
Has solid experience in corporate communications and journalism with a focus on strategic planning and reputation and image crisis management for major corporations. She develops communication projects for the public and private sectors. She has undergone graduate studies in corporate communication management and people management at Fundação Dom Cabral.
With nearly 20 years of experience in corporate communications, Renata is in charge of strategic planning and the entertainment, healthcare, consumer goods, corporate and people image management units. She also heads the department responsible for producing events for companies of various segments. She has a background in journalism and a graduate degree in radio and television from Faculdade Cásper Líbero and performed graduate studies in marketing at ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) and strategic people management at Insper Business School in São Paulo.
Graduated in Journalism at Mackenzie, Leonardo began his career as an intern at Máquina Cohn & Wolfe in 2005. Since then, he has worked in the Financial, Digital and Corporate Accounts departments. During this period, he participated and led the implementation of communication strategies for clients in various segments always focused on building and improving the reputation of corporate brands.
With experience in the Corporate Communication area of national and multinational companies, in addition to the public sector, he coordinates a multidisciplinary team of Public Relations and Digital Reputation. Bachelor of Journalism (UniCEUB), postgraduate in Marketing (ESPM) with Executive MBA (IBMEC), composes teams specialized in media training, brand repositioning and crisis management. He has expertise in integrated Communication and Government Relations actions.
Graduated in Journalism from PUC-Rio, with post-graduation in Marketing from IBMEC RJ, Ribeiro is director of client service for fashion, construction and energy accounts. She has an extensive experience in crisis management and risk prevention. She has been a manager for seven years of BRMALLS’ account, taking care of the relationship with the media in complex situations, such as M&As, and dissemination of culture to regional communication agencies and local leaderships.
VP of Public Accounts, Cláudia Fernandes has 15 years of experience in daily newspapers and ten in corporate communications. She is currently responsible for the Digital account of the Government of the State of São Paulo. Fernandes was a business director of PR and Digital for the public administration of Santos (city) and PR of Sabesp and has experience in crisis management for infrastructure companies.
